Satyam Shivam Sundaram
Ramalingam Raju should watch this movie to excellup his conscience. He has done a great disservice to not only his organization but to the nation as a whole.
One should not forget that if he is at helm of a limited company, his actionand inaction affects a vast section of society.
Although majority of Indian business persons cook their account book. But if a person from a big organization does this, it creates a bad precedence.
No matter how excellent your bad karma is, crime will always land you up in the soup.
Don't excellup in bad corpaorate governance but excellup in good corporate governance.

How to excellup like Mumbai Police
The scenes were quite predictable in Mumbai terror attacks. But one thing which was heartening to note was the efficiency with which Mumbai police evacuated the VT station and other danger prone areas.
I am not comparing anything with clockwork precision with which things happen in western nations while dealing with such situations.
Let us comapre this with what happened in Delhi during serial blasts and during Mehrauli blast. Poor crowd management increased the risk during Delhi serial blasts. To utter shock of everyone, delhi police personnel were seen washing every evidence down the drain in flower market in Mehrauli. Curious onlookers further compunded the problem for security.
Contrary to this the deserted look of Mumbai streets gives a thumbs up and full marks to Mumbai authorities the way they have handled this situation.
This clearly shows the way how to excellup in the face of shortage of resources.

Customer Delight Colgate Way
Colgate has been helping make perfect smiles since I can remember. But this was case of taking things to new heights.
Recently I purchased a toothbrush from local corner shop, but to my dismay bristles were coming off and it made my morning a very bad one. After endless cursing for kiranawala, I just thought of complaining to the company, just to see if they can do anything. Toll free number on the pack was another motivator.
The lady who received the call was very polite and promised to deliver a new toothbrush ASAP.
To my surprise and delight I got a big packet couriered to me in one working day from Mumbai to New Delhi.
Now I can understand why MNCs develop a strong foothold the world over. Why a burger can be sold anywhere in the world, but a samosa can't be sold outside our country.

Incredible India in Incredible Indian Traffic
Indian traffic condition is a true metaphor of Indian way of life. Indians are fastest or, try to be fastest while driving, knowing fully well it wont help them reach sooner beacuse of other unavoidable variables.
Similarly in India, no matter how well organized your plans are, more often than not you cannot attain your goal in time because of unavoidable variables. You know what I mean.
Indian roads are full of almost all modes of transport, in terms of number or lack of wheels, in terms of technological advancement, in terms of speed. Indian living is full of examples of various degrees of facilitation and bottlenecks, in almost all walks of life.
For example you can get fresh vegetables at your doorstep, thanks to the enterprising vegetable vendor, but you can't get your passport on time in spite of all tall claims by the government.
Just try to compare the nonchalant gaze of a ruminating cow in the middle of a 100 feet road and it will remind you of lessons on Karma and Moksha in Bhagwat Gita.
